About National Cadet Corps (NCC)
The present day NCC came into existence on 16 Apr 1948 through XXXI Act of parliament. NCC was formally inaugurated on 15 Jul 1948, The Girls Division of the NCC was raised in Jul 1949. On 01 Apr 1950, Air Wing was raised, with one Air Squadron each at Bombay and Kolkata. The Naval Wing of the NCC was raised in Jul 1952, Today the NCC has more than 13 Lakh.It is established in our college since 1996-97 – army Wing units senior division (Boys) and organized by NCC unit 9 C.G. Jagdalpur (C.G.). Fifty vacancy of N.C.C. cadets for regular students of the college, out of them some students are eligible for attending the N.C.C. Camp according to rule of Army wings in every academic session.ELIGIBILITY :-

GOAL of N.C.C :-(A) To create a human resource of organised, Trained and Motivated youth to provide leadership in all walks of life and always be available for the service of the nation.
(B) To provide a suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up a career in the Armed Forces
